Shipping

We always try to get your order shipped out within 24 hours, however sometimes it may take up to 48 hours due to high volume or other circumstances. All international orders (outside Sweden) with a value higher than 500 SEK will receive a separate email including your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 All orders under a value of 500 SEK will be sent with Postnord if you don't add express shipping. Please allow these orders up to 28 days to arrive. 

 

Delivery charges

We currently offer free shipping worldwide on all watches (not straps), VAT is included in all purchases within the European Union. However, VAT, additional duties, import taxes, customs or brokerage fees may be subjected to all International orders upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Two Stories AB, Ingalundavägen 12, Hovås  SE 43658. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns must be properly packaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping a product over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@tuseno.com. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
