In this guide we will focus on the movement used in Shellback V2 and Windseeker – Sellita SW-200.

To manually wind your movement, unscrew the crown (position 2) and
gently turn the crown clockwise (approx 30 winds) until you feel a
resistance.
Do not continue winding at this point, as this could damage your watch.

To set the time of your watch, simply pull the crown to position 4 and set the time correctly.

To set the date push it into position 3 (for a no-date model, there is no position 3).

To screw back the crown, make sure the threadings are align, and gently push the crown inwards when screwing it (clockwise) back to position 1.

Wearing your watch with the crown not correctly screwed in
could damage your watch.

This guide can be used by Shellback V1 (featuring a Ronda R150) users too.
