Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days of Tusenö’s approval and confirmation of your order with default delivery services. Local differences can occur depending on country. For some countries we offer Express shipping (1-3 business days).

Please note that expected delivery times may vary depending on product availability; for campaign products, restock products and due to other unforeseen circumstances.

When your order has left our warehouse, a shipping confirmation note will be sent to the email address provided in connection with your purchase. If you have not received this confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our customer service.

We currently offer free shipping worldwide on all orders (over $150 / €150), VAT is included in all purchases within the European Union. However, VAT, additional duties, import taxes, customs or brokerage fees may be subjected to all non-European Union orders upon delivery. Contact your local customs office for more information.

We deduct Swedish/European VAT on all watch orders outside of the European Union.

Please note that should you, as the receiver, chose to decline these charges upon delivery, we will have to settle them in order to get the shipment in return. This sum will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If an order is not picked up or acknowledged within the designated time period, Tusenö will charge a fee corresponding to the shipping cost back and forth plus an additional handling fee of 200kr / $20 / €20.

 

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Tusenö ensures that all items are quality-checked before being sent out to our customers. Any damage incurred in transit that is visible before the package has been opened should be reported to our customer service immediately.

 

RETURNS 

For a return to be approved the returned product must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition with the original packaging, protective plastics and other materials intact. Resized watches/bracelets or watches without protective plastic will not be approved.

If a return is incomplete or damaged, the cost of restoring the product will be deducted from the refund.

 

RETURNS

Any product purchased from the Online Store can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return your product, please send us an e-mail to hello@tuseno.com and we will send you the return label.

Return fee is based on shipping country and will be subtracted from your refund – Sweden 150kr / EU €45 / Global $60.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus the return fee.


RETURN PROCESS INTERNATIONAL
  1. Send us an email and let us know you want to make a return.
  2. We work with a logistics partner which provide us with the return labels on predetermined days (Tuesdays and Thursdays). As soon as we receive the return label we will send it over to you.
  3. Once you receive your return label pack, return your order as it was received in its original box.
  4. Drop off your package at your local FedEx office or call them for a pick-up.
  5. Once the return is received, controlled and inspected by our logistics partner we will make the refund within 21 days.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 🎄
From mid-November (15th of November) and through out December are all orders included in our extended return policy. The return policy is extended to the very first Monday in the following year. Products still need to be in their original condition.

Pre-Order Information 

Before you place a pre-order we kindly ask you to read this page. It will answer a lot of questions for you, and help us to keep focus on making watches.

While reading this, please keep in mind that Tusenö is still a very small operation driven by not even a handfull of people.

Pre-order demands a lot more administration than a regular online purchase, but is necessary for us to keep running a sustainable business.


Placing a pre-order

First of all, make sure to have the same email used during your purchase subscribed to our newsletter. This is important or you won't receive any updates concerning your pre-order from us, but is also necessary to assure your contact details are correct before we ship your watch.

There is always an estimate time of arrival (ETA) for your pre-order, please note estimate and not definite. The closer we get to complete production, a more precise ETA will be communicated. In case of any delays occur, we will communicate this too.

For some pre-orders we offer a special price when opening, this price lasts about one week.

A pre-order is limited, which means it can be full (and it tends to be) and will then close before fulfillment takes place. Price will also increase as we get closer to delivery.

Payment is 100% upfront. We have tried other models but the amount of administration this demands is not possible anymore.

We can edit your order up to 24 hours after purchase (as long as the product is available). Later than 24 hours our e-commerce platform limits us from making any changes.


Fulfillment process

Pre-orders are fulfilled by first come, first serve praxis. In other words, the sooner you place your pre-order, the sooner you will receive it.

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us including a tracking number (and receipt). If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact the courier.

There is usually a large quantity of watches going out within a short period of time. Please let us focus on this process. Asking us when your watch will arrive will slow down this process – a lot (based on experience).

Watches are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, if your shipping address is located within the European Union, then the price you paid in our checkout is the final price you pay. This price includes VAT.

If your shipping address is located outside the European Union we do not charge VAT, and your order may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, brokerage, or customs fees upon delivery.

The value on your customs invoice will be the same as the price you paid in US dollar. We can not hold responsible for fluctuations in the FX market between the day of pre-order and fulfillment.
We can not put a lower price on the customs invoice.

PRE-ORDER CANCELATION FEE 🔒

Cancelling a pre-order comes with a fee of 900kr / €90 / $90 that will be subtracted from your refund. Please note, this charge applies to each watch in your order.

Since a few years back both payment gateways and e-commerce platforms decided to no longer refund the transaction costs to the merchant (Tusenö), when the merchant refund their customer (You).

The reason for this fee is to cover those transaction costs. We simply can't lose money on a cancelled pre-order.

A pre-order is also more complicated and more time consuming than a regular order since it demands a lot more hands-on work from us and our logistics partner. As we all know, time is money.

Our way of looking at this is that we could have added the fee to the price of the watch, but instead decided to do it this way to keep a lower price.

This fee also applies to the return policy once you receive your pre-order.
