Pre-Order Information 

Before you place a pre-order we kindly ask you to read this page. It will answer a lot of questions for you, and help us to keep focus on making watches.

While reading this, please keep in mind that Tusenö is still a very small operation driven by not even a handfull of people.

Pre-order demands a lot more administration than a regular online purchase, but is necessary for us to keep running a sustainable business.


Placing a pre-order

To ensure you receive updates about your pre-order, please subscribe to our newsletter using the same email address you used for your purchase. This is crucial for keeping your contact details correct before we ship your watch and to make sure you get the monthly update emails.

Every Pre-order comes with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date. As production progresses, we will provide more precise updates. If any delays occur, we will inform you.

For some pre-orders, we offer a special launch price for a short period of time. After this period, the price will increase as we get closer to delivery. Pre-orders are limited, meaning they can sell out (all booked) before fulfillment.


Payment & Order Changes

Full payment (100%) is required upfront. We’ve tested other models, but the administrative workload became unsustainable.

Order edits/changes can be made up to 24 hours after purchase, provided the product is still available. After that, our e-commerce platform prevents further changes.


Fulfillment process

Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you place your order, the earlier you will receive your watch.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and your receipt.

For shipment-related questions, please contact the courier directly.

During deliveries, we ship a large number of watches in a short period of time. Asking us when your watch will arrive slows down the process significantly for all customers. Please trust that we are working as fast as possible to get your watch to you.


Shipping & Customs

Watches are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden. If your shipping address is within the European Union (EU), the price you paid at checkout includes VAT, and no additional charges will apply.

If your shipping address is outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. However, you may be responsible for additional duties, import taxes, brokerage, or customs fees upon delivery.

The customs invoice will reflect the exact price paid in USD. We cannot adjust the invoice value or take responsibility for currency fluctuations between pre-order and fulfillment.

PRE-ORDER CANCELATION FEE 🔒

Cancelling a pre-order incurs a fee of 900 SEK / €90 / $90 per watch, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies to each watch in your order.

In recent years, payment providers and e-commerce platforms have stopped refunding transaction fees to merchants when processing customer refunds. Because of this, we need to cover those costs ourselves, and we simply can’t afford to lose money on a cancelled pre-order.

Pre-orders also require significantly more administrative work than regular orders, both for us and our logistics partner. As we all know, time is money. Rather than increasing the overall price of the watch, we’ve chosen to apply this fee only when necessary.

Please note that this fee also applies if you choose to return your watch after receiving your pre-order.
