SERVICE PROCESS

Fill in the form and make sure to enter as much information as possible.

When you have submitted your service form we will reply to you as soon as we possibly can with a shipping label.



SEND US YOUR WATCH
Make sure to pack your watch carefully when sending it to us.

If possible use your cork watch roll. If not, we can't guarantee you will receive your emballage back.

Please, do not send us the outer box, additional straps or spare links. The watch and watch roll is enough.



WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Our service partner will take a closer look at your watch.

Under warranty
No charges. We will let you know when the watch is ready and share a tracking number for the return shipment with you.

Non-warranty
You will receive a service quote from us. If you accept the quote you will receive a payment link from us. When service is complete we will share a tracking number for the return shipment with you.

If you don't accept the quote a shipping and inspection fee will be charged before we ship the watch back to you.
