In the summer of 2018, Tusenö launched the Blackwater SSRS Edition. 300 individually numbered watches were developed for the benefit of the Swedish Sea Rescue Society. The success was immediate and the watches sold out in just a couple of weeks.

The interest in Blackwater has since been very high and now the model is soon for sale again. This time not as a limited edition and with a few details changes.

Two versions will be launched. Completely new is the Blackwater DLC. An all-black watch with a great deal attitude. The DLC coating (Diamond-Like Carbon) provides protection against scratches and bumps while giving a unique look. The second design is in stainless steel.

The movement in Blackwater is a SW200-1, a real workhorse from Swiss Sellita with 28.800 BPH, 38 hours of power reserve and a hacking function for precise timing.

The sides of the case and bracelet have been polished on this year's edition of Blackwater to increase the feeling of a thin profile. The watch has also been equipped with a sapphire crystal exhibition case back. The watch is waterproof to a depth of 200 meters.

Only a very small number of watches has been produced and the interest is already far greater than the supply. The watches will be on sale from July 22, 2020.
